  1. Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we do. Whatever the occasion may be, we will be happy to work with you to create your unique batch. To place an order, send an email to hello@withlovekeju.com. However, please note that cold process soaps take about 4-6 weeks to cure so your custom soap orders will have to be placed well ahead of time.

 

  1. When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday. Delivery times will depend on location. Kindly visit the Shipping and Returns page for more details

 

  1. Do you deliver outside Lagos?

Yes, we can get your products to you, wherever you may be in the world. Delivery costs will vary.

 

  1. Do you offer payment on delivery?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer this service at this time.

 

  1. Can I pick-up my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this at this time as we do not have a physical store.

 

  1. How do I amend an order?

Amendment to orders can be over the phone so far the order has not been dispatched. Remember to quote your order number.

 

  1. What do I do if there’s a problem with my received order?
