Shipping and Returns
Care packages (aka orders) are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation of payment. Kindly note that shipping is not available on weekends and public holidays.
Deliveries are normally made between 9am – 5pm on weekdays. Kindly ensure that someone is available to receive the order as after a number of failed attempts, the order will be returned to us and the customer will have to bear the delivery costs.
Kindly also note that weather conditions, strikes and busy periods, such as holidays may impact delivery times.

All international orders are sent via DHL. Cost is subject to destination. Kindly contact us for details on delivery time.
Kindly note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees enforced by the destination country. We are unable to control or even predict these charges. Contact your local customs office for more information. Also note that customs clearance procedures may delay packages.
Products like Whip’t Body Butter and Citrus Sugar Scrub are made with ingredients that melt at body temperature. As a result, these products may soften or even melt during transit or when left in a warm environment.
If this happens, you can be assured that the quality of your product would not be compromised. You can pop your tub in the fridge for a few minutes and it will harden as it cools. You may notice some changes in texture and volume as it does.
Kindly note that With Love, Keju is not responsible if products melt. As a result, we are not able to offer returns or refunds of the products. Always store products away from heat and direct sunlight.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us at email@example.com and we will work hard to resolve any issues. Returns will be accepted if product does not match the description provided. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any of our products at this time.
We make all efforts to ensure that our products arrive in perfect condition. However, if damage occurs to the products, kindly send a photograph of the damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue. A replacement may also be processed.
In the event of damage to orders placed through third party vendors, kindly contact them directly for their returns policy.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
